Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-07-16
These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at https://owatonnaradonmitigation.com/ (the "Site"), which is operated by Owatonna Radon Mitigation ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Information on the Site
We do our best to keep the information on this Site accurate, but service descriptions, pricing examples, photos, and timelines shown here are for general guidance only. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or professional advice for your specific project.
2. Quote requests are not contracts
Submitting a quote request through the contact form is a request for information — not a contract. Any work Owatonna Radon Mitigation performs for you is governed by a separate written estimate or contract signed by both parties. Until that document is signed, no work is scheduled and no price is final.
3. Workmanship
We stand behind our radon mitigation work and provide a written workmanship guarantee with every signed contract. Weather, soil conditions, foundation condition, and post-installation use can all affect outcomes; any guarantee applies under normal conditions of use as described in the signed contract.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Owatonna Radon Mitigation or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Don't copy, redistribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Third-party links
Links from this Site to third-party sites are provided as a convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those sites.
6. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owatonna Radon Mitigation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Steele County, Minnesota.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
